Rome River Jam draws some of country music’s biggest names to northwest Georgia annually for a two-night concert series founded by Jay Shell in 2007. Since 2011, this festival has provided an invaluable platform for both established artists such as Cole Swindell and Old Dominion as well as emerging acts like Riley Green and Muscadine Bloodline to perform before large crowds.
